What happens when you order from us
We are passionate about doing everything we can, to get your order to you as quickly and carefully as possible. To help you know we are busy doing this we:
1) Send you an email to let you know we've received your order (this may take 24 hours)
2) As soon as we have put your order in the safe hands of the Postie Elf (otherwise known as the Royal Mail), we will send you an email. We use Royal Mail signed for so that we know when it's delivered.
3) You receive the order and (we hope!) your experience with us is one which leaves you with a smile.
Ordered a personalised or bespoke Splash-Handi?
As these items have that ittle something extra, it takes a little longer. Personalised items take 2-5 days but if you are in a hurry please do contact us as we may be able to help. Bespoke items are designed and created from scratch in liason with you as the client so timescales and pricing are something we discuss at the time of ordering, just get in touch to start the conversation.
How we package
We really want you to enjoy the experience of opening a package from us, so each splash-handi comes with a gift tag and swing tag and we carefully wrap your item in soft tissue paper, we like to think that the tissue paper is going to have an extended life too, so we dont use stickers (which invariably tear the soft tissue). Tissue paper is great for wrapping other gifts or how about making paper pompoms to hang in babys nursery. We include a little note and a poem.
We source our packaging from the UK and its chosen to fit through your letter box whilst protecting the contents, is 100% recyclable and fully FSC and PEFC approved.
When to expect your order
We aim to process your order within 24 hours (if its not personalised or bespoke) and send via 2nd class large letter, which aim for 2-3 days (Mon to Fri) though do please allow up to 5 (working) days from the point of despatch.

We are happy to take your call. Sometimes we are not close to the phone and so we dont miss your call our telephone lines may switch over to an answering machine. If this is the case please do leave your details and we will call you back the same day. We return calls in the evening up to 8pm at the latest Monday to Saturday. If this is not convenient please let us know when leaving your message. Our phone network is set up in such a way that your calls will be answered as quickly as possible.
